DS-160 reaapply question

Hi,

My parents visa got rejected in Feb 2010 and I am attempting to reapply.

While filling the DS-160, I have to provide the explanation of first rejection but consulate didnt give any reason of the rejection at that time. What should I write in that section? Please help

They would not have rejected it without a reason. Yo must have some idea why it was rejected.

We have no idea. bcoz all the documents were valid. Only one reason I could think of is receipts. Since my parent forgot to carry the one receipt (bluw one). they did carry red one. and then on the entrance they were asked to pay the fee again on the same day and come again with blue receipt. So They shows the receipts different from the applied application.

This is just my guess. not sure that is the only reason.

Please let me know what should I write as an explanation in DS-160.
