Visitor visa— nie approval needed if spouse is GC holder?

Hi,
with the current travel ban does anyone know if it is okay for dad to travel who is on visitor visa along with mom( who has GC) without any NIE approval?

Hi,
GC holder can travel to the USA without NIE and there is no restrictions. But, B visa holder needs to follow the Presidential Proclamation and NIE.
