Travel on tourist visa

My father has a tourist visa to travel to the USA. I would like to know if my father can travel to the USA without going thru another country and stay there for 14 days due to current travel restrictions. I read about the new air bubble agreement passed between India and the USA. Does that mean that he does not need to quarantine in a third country for 14 days? Thank you.

Hi,
Unless the travel is mandatory and not under NIE, It is very hard to travel on Tourist visa. Better check with airlines and plan accordingly. Once you make sure about confirmation on travel, then you can decide about quarantine or two doses of vaccines, Negative reports etc...
