Hi!
I have a few questions regarding the visitor visa application:
1. Is there a possibility of waiver of the interivew if the age of applicant is above 60yrs. Has anyone experienced this?
2. While filling the form I-134 its says fill the name as in passport. My father's name in his passport has been printed wrong... In place where the surname last name is asked his first name & middle name/given name is printed while in place where his given name/ first name is asked his last name is printed.
To make it more clear:
His First name is: abc
Middle name is: def
Last name is: xyz
Printed in passport as:
Surname: abc def
Given name: xyz
This is causing confusion while filling the form. Should i just write is as it is in the passport? Will this be a problem?
My father has travelled othere places & all visas have name as in the passport. Will it be advisable to get the name corrected in the passport now or just leave it as it is?
Sorry for the long question.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
