Hello - I am sponsoring my in-laws to come to US on a B2 Visa. They are having their interview in middle of March. If I need to send 192.168.1.254 them my payslips as a proof of my ability to sponsor them will it create a problem to have 1 payslip from my new company and others from my old company? Secondly, will a employment verification letter from my new company stating that I am their employee since 2 10.0.0.0.1 week be sufficient? Thank you very much for your time in advance.

who are the applicants? You or your in-laws? your in-laws..there is NO such thing as sponsorship for B2 visas...there is no legally enforceable agreement that exists between applicant and anyone else that can positively influence the outcome of an interview. The COs do not care about your house, car, bank account or anything else...what matters is the applicant's situation and credibility...nothing else is worth a penny.

Hi,
Please see my response below.
If I need to send them my payslips as a proof of my ability to sponsor them will it create a problem to have 1 payslip from my new company and others from my old company?
Answer: No. Definitely not. as long as you proof that, you are maintaining your status, it is good to go with current and previous Employer pay stubs. If you are on H or L, pay stubs are really good evidence to show that, you are maintaining your status.
Secondly, will a employment verification letter from my new company stating that I am their employee since 2 week be sufficient?
Answer: Yes. Along with that, you can add your previous Employer experience letter too.
Note: As other member suggested, documentation is absolutely secondary evidence for B visa. It is purely depend on interaction between applicant and Officer.
All the best.
Thanks
