This is to fill in the dependents section of I-134 to sponsor my parents visa.

I and my husband both work. My husband claims my kids as dependents for tax returns I don't. Do I still have to put my kids as dependents in the I-134 form.

Actually, that question does not have any impact on visitor visa application.

This form was historically being used to sponsor people on green card as well. Family based immigration. It was relevant question at that time. You can only sponsor so many people based on the money you make and how many people are already dependent upon you. Now for family based immigration, I-864 is used. But I-134 has not been changed. You know how government works.
