Attended an interview on the 10th of Aug'2010 on an expedited visa interview request to visit my sister. The guy at the consulate asked me what my profession is (business) how long have i been involved with the business (abt 10 yrs) and what's my job profile at work... when was my sister married and how long has she been in the US and if i am single (29 yrs). After which he told me that i have a good case for a visa... and took my passport but gave me a pink slip and asked me to monitor the case status on the website.....suggesting it would take abt 3 weeks of time.Its been about 40+ days and it still shows pending.How long will it take and wats the usual wait time.
