Last name different for my mom

I am planning to bring my mom to US. but here last name (father's name) is different from my passport's father's name.
Unfortunatlly not by one or two letters, they gave a different spelling altogether with a (caste) surname.

Does this matter when she appears for visa?
Any of you had this experience. pls. suggest

As long as all her documents have the same name she is fine.
Your name is yours in total, whether it contains a part of your Father's or husband's name or not does not matter.
