Do I have to carry my old passport to the interview if I've renewed already?

I wanted to know that i got my passport renewed as they got expired do i need to carry my old passport to the interview?

Also,10 years back my visa was rejected.do i need to mention that in the online form?

In that case do i need to carry old passport?

You have to mention your earlier rejection, but you don't have to carry your old passport.
