Employment Verification

I am sponsoring my parents' visitor visas. My company has outsourced the employment verification to TheWorkNumber (www.theworknumber.com). It seems that a lot of large companies in the US are using this company to provide employment verification.

Is it okay to get the letter from them for my parents' visa documentation? Has anyone used this before? I actually have to pay them $15 to get the letter and it is not signed by anybody. Advice appreciated. Thanks

It should be okay. My employment letter came

from a 3rd party as well. My parents faced no problems because of it.
