Birth Certificate Issue

Hi All,

I have issue with my birth certificate, I am looking for your valuable suggestions.

I was born on May 8th 1976 in missionary hospital. Since it's missionary hospitals they have records on my birth date.

Somehow, My birth date registered everywhere (10th, Inter, Degree, PG and Pass port, SSN...etc) as May 10th 1976.

Now, when I apply for birth certificate in municipal office, they get the record from missionary hospital with date as May 8th 1976 and they issued birth certficate on that date.

we requested for May 10th 1976 but the officer not accepted our request since hospital records showing May 8th 1976.

Now, I can't change all my mark shetts, passports, ssn...etc with May 8th birth date since it's big process.

do we have any alternate solution to fix this issue?

You will have to change your date of birth in your passport, ssn etc.
