Citizen of Maharashtra. Can I apply for U.S.visa through Delhi?

Dear sir/madam,

I belong to western U.P. where my parents,my wife and childern stay.But I have been serving in Maharashtra and my passport is also from there.I have deposited visa fee in HDFC bank in NOIDA.I want to have VISA (B1/B2) for gong to USA from Delhi .Is it possible?

If you live in Maharashtra, you will have to apply from Mumbai.
