Where do I send the I-134?

I just wanna ask about the form I-134 i have completed the documents needed and fill out the form, I even call the USCIS but they just telling me the the forms. my problem is where can i send my paper work (I-134) they don't give address or a number that I can speak to a customer service. do you have any number or address or email that i can ask them where can I file this form? Because I'm confuse
