I-134 Questions/Removing Personal Information

Good day to you

I am a US citizen considering sponsoring someone from the Middle East. When providing the information requested on form I-134. affidavit of support, do i need to make visible my social security # and bank acct #'s? I was going to black out this information due to the high rate of identity theft. I do not want to sponsor if i have to provide ss# and bank account #'s. I do not mind sending these documents, just with the personal account information deleted. Thanking you in advance for your help.

You will have to share those details only with the person whom you are sponsoring for showing that information to the consular officer.

If you are not comfortable sharing that information with them, don't sponsor.
