Last name spelling Different

Hello All,
I am on H-1 B and trying to apply for B2 for my parents when it is available. Issue is - my parents last name and my last names spelling in documents is different.

I want to know if there will be any issues at the time of Visa Interview and at time of application for green card.

And also I want to know if we need any additional support documents to overcome issues.
