Different House address in parents passport

1.The house address in my dads passport and my moms passport are different.Dads passport has the old house number and moms have the new house nmber for the same house.Should i get some affadavit to say that both the addresses refer to the same house?

2.Also my moms last name is my dads name but its mispelled in her passport(one n is missing) Is it ok if i take affadavit from civil court saying both the names r the same persons? Or will there be any problem durng visa appointment?
