I am applying for B2 visa for my spouse for the second time after 3 months,last time it was refused under 214g,the explanation provided by embassy was that since she applied visa under BEP in that case she was supposed to come along with her spouse ,as i was already in US at that time so i was not able to accompany her.
This time i am going for 2-3 weeks for some buisness visit so she applied for a normal tourist visa for the same.
I have some queries like-
1.Is there any problem if she applies for tourist visa after refusal for the same time.
2.Is she need to explain in front of counslate why she applied for the second time.
3.Her tickets and accomodation will be done after the visa ,is that ok if she says the same thik.
4.while filling up the visa form ,i suggested her to give my company contact person as contact person in US as she will be travelling along with me.
