Need help on DS-160 under Previous US Travel Information section.

Dear Sir / Madam,

I was trying to fill my DS-160 form I came across one question under Previous US Travel Information which is Have you ever been refused to US visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the point of entry?

My answer for this question is yes because in December 2006, my student visa was rejected but during the same month I got my visa. But somehow I am not recollecting the exact reason why my visa was rejected at that time. How can I fill explain box now as I didn't remember the exact reason. Please guide me.

There are only two primary reasons to reject non-immigrant visa
1. Potential immigrant
2. Insufficient documents

If you know that it was not the second reason, then it must be the first one.
