Is there any problem if Son-in-law sponsors even if the son is also living in the US

Hi There
I have a Question. My mom has an interview this month. And my husband (GreenCard holder) is sponsoring for her visitors visa. The problem is, my brother(who is on H1) also lives here. At the Consulate, what if they ask her why my brother haven't sponsored. What's the best answer she can give.
