My mom came from hyderabad to washington dc in june 2010. Her return date back is December 4th 2010. But her passport is expiring on November 1st 2010. Can she renew her passport in indian consulate in US consulates. We live close to washington dc indian consulate.

Normally, they don't allow visitors to extend their passport.
