Sponsoring tourist visa for family

Hello,

I am currently on H1B visa and currently trying to apply a tourist visa for 4 of my family members.

Please let me know if USCIS can deny application if applied for multiple people

Also please help me get answers to following questions:
1. What is the current process to apply for tourist visa for 10 years.
2. Total price of the visa 3. Is Delhi immigration office accepting interview slots for tourist visa.
4. Can we apply for tourist visa renewal after the tourist stays in USA for 6 months so that he or she does not have to go back to India until next 6 months.
