Query regarding visitor visa to USA

Kindly provide me information for the below mentioned query :

Does letter of consent is required by other parent, if i want to travel along with my child ( minor) to usa on visitor visa? and if not then what other documents are required?

If my father finance me for the usa visit, instead of my husband, what additional documents are required from my end?
