my parents flew in on B2 visa. they have 10 yr multiple entry visa. they have came to USA 3-4 times in last 7 yrs on this visa and never overstayed.
This visit was cut short, I wanted them to spend couple of months but due to emergency back home they only stayed for 2 days and flew back to India. The I-94 stamp on their passport is till end of nov 2022(6 months stay).
would CBP(custom border protection) allow them entry again if they fly in after few weeks ? I tried reaching out to CBP but no answers
