Question regarding re-entry on visitor visa
Hello all,
I have a simple question. I-94 is generally stamped for 6 months on B1/B2 visa. If a person has stayed for 4 months in USA and then left it, can he re-enter after spending 15 days in his home country? I know, legally & technically, it is possible, but practically? What could be the situation in front of the immigration officer the second time?
