Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to get some information about my brother case.

My brother has cancer, and according to his doctor, he only has a few months left. He has a 10 years old son in Vietnam without marriage. The last time he visited his son was approximate 6 years ago. I would like to know that if I can get a visa for my brother’s son to be with my brother for the rest of his life.

Any suggestion would help us a lot because we only have a little time. Moreover, my brother will be happy if he can see his son the last time. This also helps my nephew has the last chance to be with his father.

What is the legal status of your brother?

Your nephew can try visitors visa, but that would be very diffcult.

Your brother could sponsor his son's green card, but that would take a long time.
