Mother Paid for B2 Interview by mistake. Is there a refund?

Hello,

My mom actually have her US Visa valid till 2012, but she thought it was expired just because her passport was expired. Without checking we ended up paying around 7000 Rs for B2 Visa interview at HDFC Bank.

Do you think HDFC will refund that money? Please advise.
