Query regarding B2 visa processing

Dear ImmiHelp Editor,

I am sponsering my parents for B2 visa to trave to USA from India. Had one query regard to their port of entry.

1. I stay in Chicago, IL state. That is what i have mentioned in all paper work.

But I want my parents to come to New York (I have some relatives there).
Stay there few days and come to IL state.

Can New York, USA be their port of Entry ? of Should they come only to where the visa papers say, where their son(myself) is staying ? please suggest.
