willing to apply for b2 visa

i've been denied h1 visa 2 years back on the basis of the usa company who sponsered me was not elligible to do t[/U]hat. now i am trying to visit usa with my wife and daughter . how favorable is the situation? pleas guide.

It is a different type of visa. Therefore, if you are eligible in all other aspects, it should not effect.
