Newacct or libra_14 can you please take a look into this

Hi I've been trying to send a private message to newacct or libra_14 & unable to send. I need some suggestions and since there is some personal info , do not want to share in public. Could you kindly let me know if you can clear up your private message or open it up so I can send. I ascertain this is a valid help in need and i have pm-ed immihelp and it is over a week & i have not heard back. This is regarding visitor visa refusal for my sibling and family.
