hi..needed some adivce on I-134 affidavit of suppot form.I am a green card holder and my husband is us citizen.i am currently earning $21k per year and
my husband is earning $68k per year.Now, who should be writing the sponsor
letter.whether he should wirte inviting in laws or i should wirte invitng mother
and brother.???

2. For filing the affidavit of support who should fill that form me or my husband.??because the house is in his name ..can we combine both our income in one form,???if so..where should i mention my employement details??or should we file 2 affidavit of support one showing my details and one showing his details.??????

3. my husband has filed the visa petition for his sisters with CIS do we need to mention in ! -134 abt that????

1. Either one can sponsor.
If you do sponsor, give joint amounts in I-134.

2. look at answer 1.

3. There is no such question asked in I-134. It just asked whether you have submitted affdavit of support for anyone. Answer that accordingly.
