B2 application from Canada status changed

Hi, I am an International Student from India studying in Canada and I applied for a B2 tourist visa from Canada. My visa was approved during my interview at the consulate but now the status page shows refused. I wanted to know if it is possible for such a thing to happen, and If yes what may be the reason and what should I do? Thanks

Yes, its possible. Even if your visa is issued you may be denied entry at POE, if they found some issue with your profile or if you have anything against their policy.

No one can say what could be the reason, they run background check on you & no one knows what checks they do.
