Hi,
My parents have a consulate appointment in April first week in Mumbai consulate.
I've list of sponsor documents to send them. But which of those should they submit through Blue dart courier and which should they carry with them for the interview. The interim appointment letter states that a child status copy needs to be submitted. I'm on L1 visa. Is the following correct?
Sponser docs to be submitted:
1. Complete passport copy which includes copy of visa and I-94.
2. Copy of I-797.
3. Covering letter addressed to consulate
4. Invitation letter to parents
Sponsor docs to be carried
1. I-134
2. Paystubs
3. Bank statements
4. Birth certificate
5. Employement verification
