Mother's Name on Passport/Visitor's Visa

Dear Sir,

I want to process my father & mother visitor visa but my mother have two names.

And my passport & my mother passport ,my mother name is different.
So please give me advise what we can do for that.

Also I want to process my brother & sister visa same problem of mother name (both birth certi & passport mother name is different)
what we can do for that.

You should go by your mother's name in HER passport.
