I tried to file I-539 via E-file. when I tried to certify the form at the end....

I got an error and asked me to fix it. I think the error is based on A# which I kept as blank. how do I fix it please help if anybody has this experience...
This is for EOS and dont have an A#.

There is a bug in USCIS I-539 application where it is expecting A#

Well, visitors do not have A#. Therefore, visitor visa extension can't be filed online.

I have personally called USCIS couple of times and reported this. But as you know USCIS, it may take them several months, if not years to fix it.
