Entry to the US if someone has non-active TB?

Wondering if someone who had TB and was treated three years ago can visit the US? i am not sure if the status is now "non-active TB" as treatment was successfully administered, and there are no symptoms now.

Would this person need to have blood tests or x-rays to prove they are no longer a risk?

Any advise you can give would be very helpful.

When going for visitors visa, they don't have any medical exam.
