I94 record not found

Hi, My parents came to USA(Atlanta) 2 weeks ago. They had no issue at the port of entry. However, my father told me that the officer didn’t take his finger prints(but he took my mother’s). He was asking him questions about his stay and gave his passport back. Later, the whee chair assistant pulled him away . I’ve immediately checked their I94 upon their arrival. I only see my mom’s. I don’t see my father’s(“No record has been found”). I’ve even checked his passport for physical proof. But I only see Departed stamp from India. Not the arrival stamp!! So there’s no literal proof of his I94 online or in passport. I filled FOIA but no response. I even went to Deferred Inspection Center but, they said they only respond to emails. I’ve also emailed to the corresponding i94 center, Atlanta, no response yet. .I did everything to solve this issue. He’s planning to stay here until November. Will he face any issues ?? What else should I do? Please help. Thank you!
