my cousin's mom-in-law attended the interview in tamil (chennai) and she got rejected under 214-b.
they asked following question:
what's ur name?
how many kids do u have?
what is ur husband doing?
she answered all the question but imm they replied visa was rejected.
she was bit afraid after seeing the interview place.she said this after her interview.

we fixed interview in tamil and the officer asked in tamil (but she couldn't understand the slang properly )so she asked officer to repeat the question once ...that's for only 3rd question.
they haven't checked any doc..or they haven't asked who is sponsering .....any thing..but we have send all doc and we also prepared their land doc.business doc bank passbooketc.....

now we fixed her interview again..i have a question will they ask "why ur visa has been rejected last time :and what shld she answer ....now we have prepared more supporting documents their land doc and their family business nature , bills , bank passbook etc...so suggest us how should she answer for this question.can she say my son-in-law is sponsering for the trip .i am visiting purely for tourism and i will be returning to india after my trip ,due o family ties in india and also for his unmarried son...all supporting doc are here...can she show the doc and explain that she is now reapplying.
is that fine or she need to give any other reply' please let me to train her in that way ...shld we need to submit anymore doc...

They must have given something in writing to her. Mention the same reason on the new application. 214b.

they have given that under 214 b ....she couldn't make the officer to trust that she will return back to India.
But she replied that my husband and a unmarried son are here in india and also my old father who is depended on me .....so i will be back after my tourism trip.

note :shld my cosuin need to give any more doc that she will return back after the period alloted to her
or
what shld be done for this ...to make the office to believe that she will be back to india..since a;ll her relative and agriculture land are there in india which she needs to take care ...let me know please.and how shld she answer for why visa got rejected last time.

let us pray that she should get visa this 2nd attempt..since my cousin wish to bring them to USA... and show them all the places...
She feels that in-law's should visit USA before they become very old.. ...let us cross the finger and wait...
i will be following ur points and i will sned all the family/property/doc in details...
