Hello friends,
I need information about b1 visa. I am an researcher want to attend an conference in US. I got invitation from the organisors.

I also have my brother in USA with Green card and my cousin sister with H1.

please tell me whether i should submit an invitation from my relatives also or not. If so, which one would be best i.e. invitation from my brother or my sister.

If you are going on business visa, no need to submit affidavit from relatives. Just take your business conference related papers.

thanks for your reply and help. But in visa application i will be mentioning that i have a brother/sister there. will they ask any details of them and should i have to show any details of them.

You should answer those truthfully.

If they ask, you may have to provide some proof regarding their legal presence in US.
