Need advice

my fiance just went back home to egypt on his visitors visa. He has mutiple entry. He wants to re enter in 10 more days, by then he will have been out of the country over 2 weeks. Is he gonna have issues coming back in? Once he gets back we are gonna try and get married and do the adjustment of status. please help! I'm goin crazy here!

If he left the US according to his I-94 and if the total duration was short, he may be given another short duration of stay. But, it is possible that he will not get 6 month maximum allowed.
