I am 67, visited USA 5 times for longer as 1 Maunth, apllying DS160, refused !?

Hello,
I and my wife were invited to an interview after compliting DS160 for
a visitor visa (B2).
Becouse such a visa was usually aprobated for a 10 Jeahr period
of valability I have puted in the Form DS160 a period of 10 Jears on the table
with the time of visa ( unfortunately was an mistake but no adverting message).
At the interview I have tried to corect my mistake but the
consular officed did not accepted. He enjoied my mistake and I have
lost 500$ costs.
The consular officer won't discut with me wife eventougth she has
an own completed DS160.
I woud like to reclam such a position of a representant of USA in Europe.
We are retiered persons and couldn't put 500$ on the garbagge.
I don't thing that this cosular officer make an service for the image of USA
in the world.
Could you recomand me an adress where such a comportament could be
reclamed.

I tray to complete my mssage refering the refusal according a B2 visa from a COff.

By completing tha procedure for an B2 wia online DS160,
I made a mistacke ( I knew that a B2 can be valable for 10 Jears ).
I have put in to the point "selecting period" a time for 10 Jears. If this schould have be considerated as a mistacke, the procedure of completing DS 160 schould me advertizate.
It was no advertisment and I and me wife were invitated to a interwiev
in the town where the consulate is located. the visa costs and the transport
have costed me 500$.
The consular off. did not wont to correct my mistake ,was wery happy
and put me into the hand an uncomlplated site with a copy of parag 214b
and sed me that I am non legible to visit USA.
I and my wife a 67 old person to, we have not garantie to retourn in Germany!??
I consider this act an opportunity for COff. to made us to pay once more the costs for such a visa.
I und me wife have visit USA in the last 10 Jears for about 5 time
with a normal viva visa. No problems.

I should not pay for the bed concepted points of a Form that are oportunities for such a people to obtainn more many for a visa.
I want to reclam this comportament of the consular officier.
In my opinion he damage the image of USA in to Europe.

My question is where can I eficiently reclam such a comportament of
an consular officier.
