Questions regarding the visitor visa after interview?

1. My father has applied for 2 month visa as he is working. My question is that will officer issue him a 2 month visa or 10 year visa??? What are the chances of getting 10 year visa in delhi?

2. In how many days, passport will come to the house after the interview?
