Vistore Visa Question

Dear All,

I am applying for the visitor's visa for my parents. My father is working with a private firm and he was working for a bank for several years before he took VRS.

I need to know that is it ok to go ahead and show the consulate that my father is working for a private firm and get the paperwork f(like employment letter- salary slip-leave application approval )from them or it would be more safe not to tell consulate that he is still working.

Kindly reply on my query ASAP.

If he is working, get employment letter and tell he is working.

That is a strong factor in his favor to prove that he will come back he has a job.
