Hi,
One of my relative is in Malaysia for last 3 months. We are planning to apply for US tourist visa for him. We checked with US embassy in Malaysia and they told it is not recommended to apply from Malaysia, though he can. Is it all right to take a chance from Malaysia once and if rejected go to India and apply once again?
Will the rejection in Malaysia reduces the chances of getting it from India too?
