Chances that B2 Visa will get approved?

I am applying for a b2 visa with my wife and two small children, my sister is sponsering me who is a citizen in usa.
What are the chances!!! I have a property on my name, a good bank balance and income tax returns for last three years, i am a businessman in profesion!!
