Passport theft

Hi all, My passport was hidden by my husband and he left India! I got stuck here in India as my passport was with him in US. Can anyone please suggest what can I do to get my passport or do I need apply for new passport and again do I need to get visa stamping? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated https://mobdro.bio/ !

Apply for a new passport. You will need to get a visa on the new passport; ask the US consulate if they can re-issue the visa since the old passport was lost or stolen.
