My brother is getting married this summer and I would love for my grandma to come see my mom before she gets any older, they haven’t seen each other is many many years and my mom is waiting for a GC. My grandma is Mexican, and my brother is a USC. How can my brother petition her to come for the wedding? My grandma has a passport and a CURP. Since she is 84 years old, does she qualify for certain exemptions? TIA
