Work Visa Sponsorship Interview

Hi everyone, I'm a 31F from India who wants to move to work in Ireland. But the interviews with the recruiters so far have been disappointing. The interviews are being scheduled by consultants so I have no idea who I'm talking to or for which company they are interviewing me for. tbh this whole process sounds shady but I've verified them for a year before getting into a contract with these folks https://omegle.onl/ https://xender.vip/ .

If anyone has any experience that might help me, please share. What are the questions they ask in the first initial screening interview? What are the etiquettes that I should keep in mind? What should I do to get through?
