Can we get visa if we have TB

So my friend has applied to a modelling agency & they are asking to go china to join their sister agency. My friend got MDR TB in Dec 22 & since then she took meds “properly” for only 2-3 months. Her body seems fine like no one can tell she is a patient but her sputum remained positive until last month. She takes n leaves meds as per her “mood”

Now she is insisting to go to china for modelling. Will the visa authorities be able to detect she has TB (her sputum is negative). Are there any procedures where they take test and can find out she had Tb and course is incomplete?
