Is birth certificate needed for US F1 visa interview?

Hey All,

I read that birth certificate is needed for visa interview. However, I don't have a birth certificate. While making the passport, the 10th Grade Certificate was sufficient as birth certificate.

Won't the passport or https://omegle.onl/ vshare 10th certificate suffice as birth certificate since it has birth place, date and parents' names. Or do I need the birth certificate, in that case I would have to apply to get one.
