Dropbox for family members

Hi, I am 30 years old and my B1/B2 visa was rejected 3 times in the past 5 years. However, my father's B/B2 10 years visa is expiring in April 2024. He will apply for Dropbox renewal. Are any other family members who do not have a prior USA visa such as spouse or children apply along with him on the Dropbox renewal? Or do they have to apply separately as first time applicants?
